Sifu Scott and Master Chang in China. (October 2001)

Y. W. Chang, translator of Chen Pan-ling's Original Tai Chi-Chuan Textbook, died peacefully, January 31st 2002 at the age of 86. He refused bypass surgery and any heroic effort to prolong his life. He chose to die with his body still strong and mind exceptionally alert. My thanks to all of you who have loved and respected him--that is most anyone who knew him even for a few moments. My heart and love goes out to you. He was God's great gift to me for the years that we were so close.
